Refund & Warranty Policy

Service Guarantee

At CSA Auto Glass, we stand behind the quality of our work. All installations are performed by trained technicians using industry-standard methods.

Refunds

  • Insurance Claims: If your service is processed through insurance, refunds are subject to your insurance provider’s policies. CSA Auto Glass cannot issue direct refunds on insurance-covered services.

  • Out-of-Pocket Payments: Refunds may only be issued in cases of installation error or defective glass, as determined by CSA Auto Glass.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Mobile service fees, diagnostic visits, or cancellations without proper notice (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.

 

Warranty Coverage

  • Windshield Replacements: Covered by a limited lifetime warranty against installation defects (e.g., air leaks, water leaks, or stress cracks not caused by impact).

  • Glass Repairs: If a repaired chip spreads within 30 days, CSA Auto Glass will apply the original repair cost toward a replacement windshield.

  • Exclusions: Damage caused by accidents, road hazards, misuse, aftermarket modifications, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.

 

Process for Refunds or Warranty Claims

 

To request a refund or warranty service:

  1. Contact CSA Auto Glass within 30 days of service.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or insurance claim reference).

  3. Allow our technicians to inspect the issue before any refund or warranty action is taken.
