Welcome to CSA Auto Glass. By using our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling a service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

CSA Auto Glass provides mobile and in-shop auto glass repair and replacement services. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

Insurance Claims

  • We are a preferred provider with most major insurance companies.

  • If you choose to file through insurance, we will assist with the claims process.

  • Final approval and coverage decisions are made by your insurance provider.

 

OEM vs. Aftermarket Glass

  • We primarily use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) glass when available.

  • If OEM glass is not available or not requested, aftermarket glass may be used.

  • CSA Auto Glass is not liable for manufacturer warranties on aftermarket parts.

 

Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure safe installation, CSA Auto Glass is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.

  • Customers are responsible for disclosing any sensors, cameras, or special features in the windshield prior to service.

  • Certain features (e.g., ADAS calibration) may require recalibration by a dealer after replacement.

 

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless covered by insurance.

  • We accept major insurance carriers, credit cards, and other standard payment methods.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
